If you’re planning a vacation in Maui and the beaches of Rio de Janeiro in May to put it on top of their list of things to see’ However, when planning a trip to San Francisco, May you have heard of North Beach, North Beach, but no beaches (though the neighborhood was the name of a beach that is in its north coast)’ Yes, San Francisco, a series of beaches that offer diversions for residents and visitors’

Make no mistake, it is not San Francisco, Los Angeles’ Unless a
exceptional day, San Francisco, the beaches tend to be a bit cold, wind and fog’
However, this should not deter you enjoy a pleasant afternoon on the beach’
Many San Francisco beaches have beautiful panoramic views of the Marin
Headlands, Point Bonita Lighthouse and the Golden Gate Bridge’ Just be prepared
with a sweater or shorts over your jacket or even swim’ Due to the
latitude of San Francisco, the water may be too cold to swim (unless you
bring your wet suit)’ Bring your beach towels, a bucket of sand, a good book, a comet
and a Frisbee to his best afternoon at the beach’

San Francisco, the most popular beaches are Ocean Beach and Baker Beach’ Although
East Beach at Crissy Field in the Presidio has become very popular since the
restoration of Crissy Field’

Ocean Beach in San Francisco is the largest and longest operating range of 5 miles
the west side of San Francisco’ The northern edge of San Francisco Ocean Beach
popular among residents, visitors and surfers’ The Cliff House towers over the ocean
Beach, located on the edge of a coastal cliff along the north end of
beach’ The beach is ideal for building sand sculptures and hosts an annual sand
of sculpture’ Ocean Beach is a very slight slope, making it ideal for wading
Surf’ Surfers Isothermiques port combinations are common along this part of the ocean
Beach’

Baker Beach is located in the Presidio, just south of San Francisco Golden Gate
Puente’ With its panoramic view over the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin
Headlands, Baker Beach is a popular destination for beach and picnic in San Francisco
premises, especially on weekends’ Several picnic tables with barbecue pits are
located east of the northern parking’ The beach has strong rip-tides, so
swimming can be dangerous’ Some fishermen on the coast point in May’ The north end
the beach is clothing optional, so families often stay in the middle and
south of the beach’

Other beaches in San Francisco Lands End Beach and China Beach, named
For Chinese fishermen who used to camp nearby’ Playa de San Francisco de Castro
not really a beach at all’ It is a park that has won the “beach” because Nickname
All swimmers Castro Sunday that coverage of their lawns’

Add a beach in San Francisco to its program in May will be a good way to curb
pace of tourism and enjoy a little more recognition of the San
Francisco of natural beauty’
